An Englishman, who lives in Hong Kong, is in possession an old Chinese oracle, the yellow snake. Both of his sons, who are half brothers, try to get hold of the coveted oracle for different reasons. One of them plans to rule the world with his underground organisation, whereas the other tries to prevent this plan.
